This is a really cool professional store. My mechanic Devon helped me out, let me know the exact issue. He explained everything very well. And Angelina was very professional and within 5 minutes of being there I could tell she was the leader

Devon worked on my brakes, oil change and alignment. A true professional who really knows his stuff. Finally brakes that done squeak. Devon obviously loves his job and immediately gave credit for his training and attitude to his shop mentor and his store manager. She is awesome as well. Great service and positive attitudes seem hard to find. This Firestone shop at Midway Mall is an excellent choice for auto service!

I’ve been to a lot of auto shops over the years, and the team at Firestone at Midway Mall really stood out. The manager, Angelina, runs the place professionally and treats customers with respect from the moment you walk in. She kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary work, and made sure the job was done right the first time. It’s hard to find honest, organized customer service like that anymore. Definitely recommend this location if you want people who actually care about the customer experience.

The woman who met me at the counter, Angelina, was courteous, professional, and knew what she was doing. The tech who worked on my truck, Devan, was very knowledgeable of his profession and took his time to make sure I understood what services he did for my truck. If he had any advice, it came off in a “suggestive” style rather than a “sales man” style, which I personally prefer and made me want to come back to this location again. Overall it was a quick and easy experience. I’d recommend anyone to go here actually.

Terrance at the front desk at Firestone was great to work with. He was professional, helpful, and made the whole process easy. He kept me updated on my car and made sure everything was taken care of. Really appreciate the good customer service.
